Ginger Spice Herbal Tea - a delightful afternoon, after dinner treat or any time treat.
Ginger Spice gives you a warm and soothing feeling with great taste thanks to a unique blend of herbs and pungent spices which brings out the full spicy flavor of ginger. Being used for more than 2,000 years by Ayurvedic practitioners, ginger has been known to aid digestion, relieve stomach problems (nausea and motion/morning sickness), intestinal gas as well as menstrual cramps. Enjoy a cup before or after any meal. Sweeten with honey or a dash of cinnamon to your liking.
Ingredients (* denotes organic): Ginger*, lemongrass*, licorice root*, peppermint* and black pepper*.Serve Hot or Cold
Hot: 1 tea bag in 8 OZ boing water (212F), steep for 3 - 5 minutes; a longer time yields a stronger tea. Add milk or sweetner as desired.
Iced: For 1 quart iced tea, pour 2 cups of boiling water over 4 tea bags, cover & steep. Remove tea bags and add 2 cups of cold water. Refrigerate to serve chilled or over ice.
